“I got a card from yous”

Aparently, the promotions department mailed out a couple thousand post cards to NJ customers to lock into a rate with MX. Well, the promotions department didn’t tell MX when they were going to mail the cards and all afternoon I’ve answered phone calls that say “I got a card from yous”. Oh, how we in the call center love those NJ people!
