Has a year gone by so fast? I just pulled your lease and see it is due the end of August 2009. You have both been wonderful tenants. We are definitely interested in renewing for another year. We will keep the same terms if that is agreeable by you. Let us know and we can set a date for lease signing in later in August.

This has made our summer; no more worries, we can move full speed with our wedding reception plans; we can buy patio/deck furniture - we solid for another year!

Congrats!!!! It is always nice to know you will be in the same place for a little while longer…and with no increase in rent, even freaking better!

That’s awesome! When I was a renter, my rent increased every year.
